MEDEVAC Programme in Ethiopia
MEDEVAC operated in Ethiopia in the years 2017-2019 when reconnaissance missions were carried out and training was provided in the field of repairing and diagnosing defects in medical devices.
The MEDEVAC Programme is currently not active in Ethiopia.
2017
- a reconnaissance mission in the specialist field of ophthalmology in cooperation with the Hradec Králové University Hospital
2019
- a reconnaissance mission of the Motol University Hospital Paediatric heart surgery
- training technicians in maintenance of medical devices in cooperation with the Central Military Hospital and Hospimed
- educational stay of Ethiopian healthcare professionals in the Children's Cardiac Center at the Motol University Hospital
